So this is who you are
This is where you've been
I've traveled oh so far
Up and down lifes road again

I knew you were out there
I could feel it in my soul
So now that I have found you
Don't ever let me go

To think there was a time
When I'd nearly given in
And given up on life
I didn't understand

But when my path led to your door
And your love so warm and sweet
The road of jagged stone
Became gold beneath my feet

And my heart is overflowing
And a tear comes to my eye
To think that one so undeserving
Could be blessed as much as I

Oh the night is lost with morning
And the leaves are gone with snow
But now that I have found you

And yes there was a day
I walked beneath a cloud
I stumbled through a storm
With no shelter to be found

And winds and rains that came
Etched their seasons on my face
But they're easily forgotten
